Terms and conditions of the online shop
In this eshop it is possible to buy bobbin lace patterns and other relevant materials, mainly in electronic form, especially in PDF format. For example, files can be opened in Adobe Reader or PDF XChange Viewer, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet.
The order form is used to order goods that are displayed on the page of the respective product after clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button. The order in the eshop is binding. By submitting the order, the customer undertakes to pay for and collect the ordered products. By submitting the order, the customer also confirms that he has read the parameters of the product and agrees with them. By submitting the order, the customer also agrees to these terms and conditions.
The prices of the goods apply at the time of the order. These are final prices, given in Czech crowns or euros. Additional fees may be charged for physical goods (e.g. books), in particular postage and packaging.
How do I buy?
In the eshop, the customer can see the offered bobbin lace, fill out the purchase form and send the order. He will receive an order confirmation, payment information, a payment request and further information on processing the order by email. After receipt of payment in the account, the customer will receive an email with a link to download the purchased product. The physical product (e.g. book) will be sent by post.
The purchased product is intended solely for the personal use of the customer and its further distribution is in no way permitted.
The link to download the standard invoice with all mandatory data will be sent to the customer at the email address he has provided.
The customer and the eshop operator can cancel the order under the conditions listed below. When the eshop operator cancels the order, he usually gives the reason why it is not possible to confirm the order (e.g. for technical reasons). Cancellation of the order by the customer is only possible with the consent of the eshop operator and the customer, provided the customer has not yet paid for the order and has not received any virtual goods.
The delivery of virtual goods (files) takes place via the email address that the customer specified in the order. Electronic goods are usually distributed to the operator's account within 2 working days from the date of receipt of payment. However, the delivery date can vary for reasons of capacity or technical reasons.
Withdrawal from the purchase contract
The products offered in this eshop fall under Czech law (paragraph 7 of Act No. 367/2000 Sb.), into the category where the consumer cannot withdraw from the purchase contract. This especially takes place in these cases:
o Delivery of audio and video recordings as well as electronic goods if the consumer opens its original packaging or has access to the file and has used it (the buyer is provided with a link to download the file, which the buyer has access to and which the buyer can use).
The rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the rights arising from defective performance are governed by the relevant generally binding regulations. The temporary unavailability of the website cannot be considered as a defect, and the customer does not have the right to make a complaint. In the event that the buyer discovered a defect in the purchased goods during the warranty period, which lasts 24 months, which was not caused by improper use, but by a defect of the product itself, he has the right to claim the goods during the warranty period.
In the event of a defect in the goods, the customer is obliged to immediately contact the operator of the eshop by email and agree on further action.
The operator of the eshop does not accept liability for damage resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damage from improper use of the products, as well as damage caused by external events and incorrect handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty provided. The warranty period begins on the day of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
The discount coupon can be applied by entering the discount code in the marked field when purchasing in the eshop.
